A New Partnership, A Shared Mission
Crossroads For Florida Kids is proud to announce a new partnership with Community Foundation Tampa Bay, a cornerstone of philanthropy in this region for decades. We are deeply humbled and grateful to be counted among their partners. Their generous $50,000 grant will help us grow our volunteer attorney program by recruiting and training new attorneys, deepening our relationships with local lawyers and law firms, and building the kind of sustained support that keeps our most dedicated advocates engaged for the long haul. More attorneys means more children with someone in their corner, and that’s exactly what this partnership makes possible.

This partnership is a meaningful step forward in our mission to make sure every disadvantaged child in our community has a voice. It means we can reach vulnerable youth who often fall through the cracks, including teens aging out of foster care, crossover youth caught between the dependency and delinquency systems, and kids facing truancy proceedings. Our attorneys advocate for these kids in the courtroom and stand by them in the community, building real relationships along the way. These children have faced circumstances no child should have to face, but we don’t believe those circumstances define them. We believe they’re part of a much larger story, one where these kids persevere, thrive, and go on to build the lives they deserve. Thanks to Community Foundation Tampa Bay, more of them will have someone walking that road beside them.
